What I'm like
Abby is a cheerful, affectionate girl who greets people with a wagging tail and a bright smile. She loves walks, gentle attention and relaxing beside someone on the sofa. She would be happiest as the only pet in a patient home where she can be closely involved in family life.
My story
“Hi, I'm Abby!
I was found at Yongan Fishing Harbour in Taoyuan with a badly injured left front leg. Luckily, I met a group of people who never gave up on me. The veterinary team and StrayKind worked tirelessly to preserve as much of my left front leg as possible, giving me the best possible chance to move comfortably again.
After many rounds of treatment, rehabilitation and loving care, I slowly regained my strength and found my joy in life again.
Today, I can enjoy long walks, run around happily and take each day at my own pace. What happened to me doesn't define who I am. It has simply taught me to cherish the present and look forward to the future.
Now, I'm ready for the next chapter of my life. I can't wait to find a place where I truly belong.”
Health and care
Missing her front-left foot; the vet preserved the leg and pad, so she rests on it comfortably and gets around well. No special care needed.
